These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ConnectionFlow™, including ConnectionFlow Travel Edition, related websites, applications, features and services (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is owned and operated by TEM IP LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“TEM IP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use ConnectionFlow.
By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
ConnectionFlow is a relationship, conversation and opportunity-management platform designed to help users organize contacts, track conversations, manage follow-up activities and identify next steps.
ConnectionFlow Travel Edition is an edition of the ConnectionFlow platform designed for users working within travel-related relationship and opportunity workflows.
ConnectionFlow does not guarantee business results, income, sales, commissions, travel savings, customer acquisition, conversions or any other particular outcome.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
ConnectionFlow allows users to enter and manage information concerning contacts, prospects and other individuals.
You are responsible for the information you enter into ConnectionFlow.
You represent that you have the appropriate right, authority or lawful basis to collect, store and use information you enter into the Service.
You agree not to use ConnectionFlow to unlawfully collect, store, process, contact, market to, harass or otherwise misuse information concerning another person.
You retain your rights in information, notes, contact data and other content you submit to ConnectionFlow (“User Content”).
You grant TEM IP LLC a limited right to host, store, process, transmit and otherwise use User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain and improve the Service and provide requested functionality.
You remain responsible for your User Content and your use of that information.
ConnectionFlow may include artificial intelligence or AI-assisted features that help users with conversations, suggestions, organization, coaching, content or next-step guidance.
AI-generated or AI-assisted output may be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate for a particular situation.
AI output is provided as assistance and should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice.
You remain responsible for reviewing and deciding whether and how to use AI-generated suggestions.
Do not rely on ConnectionFlow AI features as a substitute for your own judgment.
You may not use ConnectionFlow to:
ConnectionFlow is currently offered without a subscription charge.
TEM IP LLC may introduce paid subscriptions, premium features, promotional offers, discount codes or other pricing plans in the future.
No user will be charged merely because paid features are introduced.
Any applicable pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be disclosed before a user purchases a paid service.
These Terms may be updated when paid services are introduced.
The ConnectionFlow platform, software, branding, logos, interface designs, original written content, graphics, training materials and other proprietary materials provided by TEM IP LLC are owned by TEM IP LLC or its applicable licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
ConnectionFlow™ is used as a trademark of TEM IP LLC.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of TEM IP LLC intellectual property to users.
ConnectionFlow may rely on or integrate with third-party technology providers and services.
TEM IP LLC is not responsible for independent third-party services, websites or platforms that are outside our control.
Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We may maintain, modify, update, suspend or discontinue portions of the Service as reasonably necessary.
We do not guarantee that ConnectionFlow will always operate without interruptions, errors or technical issues.
You may stop using ConnectionFlow at any time.
We may restrict or terminate access to the Service if a user materially violates these Terms, misuses the Service, creates security or legal risk, or uses ConnectionFlow in an unlawful manner.
To the extent permitted by law, ConnectionFlow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
TEM IP LLC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every user’s particular purpose.
Nothing in ConnectionFlow constitutes a guarantee of income, sales, business performance, travel savings or other results.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TEM IP LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to use of or inability to use the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms as ConnectionFlow evolves.
When material changes are made, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when legally required.
