TEM IP LLC (“TEM IP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates ConnectionFlow™, including ConnectionFlow Travel Edition. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used and handled when you use ConnectionFlow.

1. Information We May Collect

Depending on how you use ConnectionFlow, we may process:

Account information. Information such as your name, email address, login information and other information associated with your account.

User-entered contact information. Information you choose to enter about contacts or prospects, which may include names, contact information, notes, conversation history, follow-up information, relationship information and opportunity-related information.

User content. Notes, activities, responses, preferences, follow-up dates and other information you enter into the Service.

Technical and usage information. Certain device, browser, log, security and usage information may be processed as necessary to operate, secure and improve the Service.

AI interactions. When you use AI-assisted features, information you submit to those features and resulting responses may be processed to provide the requested functionality.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • provide and operate ConnectionFlow;
  • maintain user accounts;
  • organize and display user-entered information;
  • provide requested AI-assisted functionality;
  • maintain security and prevent misuse;
  • troubleshoot technical problems;
  • improve reliability and user experience;
  • communicate about the Service; and
  • comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Contact Information Entered by Users

ConnectionFlow users may enter information concerning third parties.

The user entering that information is responsible for ensuring that they have an appropriate right or lawful basis to collect and use that information.

TEM IP LLC provides the technology used to organize and process information submitted by users.

4. AI and Service Providers

ConnectionFlow may use third-party technology and AI service providers to provide portions of the Service.

Information necessary to provide requested functionality may be processed by those providers on our behalf or according to their applicable service terms.

Users should avoid entering highly sensitive information into AI-assisted features unless it is necessary and appropriate to do so.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate, host, secure, support or provide ConnectionFlow functionality.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights, to address security or fraud, or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition or transfer of assets.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain legitimate business and security records, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and purpose for which it is processed.

7. Account and Data Deletion Requests

ConnectionFlow does not currently provide a self-service account deletion feature.

We may need to verify the identity of the requester before processing a request.

Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required, including for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or dispute-resolution purposes.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures intended to protect information.

However, no internet-based service or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

ConnectionFlow is intended only for individuals age 18 and older.

We do not knowingly offer ConnectionFlow accounts to children under 18.

10. Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may provide rights concerning your personal information.

These may include rights to request access, correction or deletion of certain personal information.

11. Third-Party Services

ConnectionFlow may contain integrations or links involving third-party services.

The current version will display its effective date.
